Our client was looking for a refresh and to bring their 1990s home into today’s Pinterest era. The neighborhood is on a golf course and each yard is very manicured with shrubs and turf grass. She wanted something different. They started by installing new windows and a fresh coat of exterior paint. Not wanting to sway towards the modern farmhouse trend -she discovered her true style is ‘Mediterranean vibes’ - so we anchored the garden with Italian Cypress, Blue Yuccas and soft grasses. Then we layered in purple, yellow and pink perennials - so something is always in bloom!
